Writer/Producer/Director
A filmmaker/storyteller since 1995, Donald Rayne Mitchell is the co-executive producer, co-writer and director of the feature documentary film, HILLEMAN - A Perilous Quest to Save the World's Children, which has garnered international and domestic awards and screened at the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History in Washington, DC. As an outgrowth of his work on HILLEMAN, Mr. Mitchell has worked closely with the Vaccine Education Center at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and co-founded the Vaccine Makers Project, a K-12 curriculum-based initiative designed to educate the next generation of parents about the immune system, infectious diseases and the science of vaccines. Pre-pandemic, he produced, directed and edited multiple projects in Nigeria and the Democratic Republic of the Congo for USAID-sponsored initiatives around education and healthcare. He is a regional Emmy® winner for his work as producer/editor on the University of Pennsylvania Medicine short documentary, Miracle Baby: A Uterus Transplant Story. Mr. Mitchell is currently developing a dramatic feature film about the eradication of smallpox in the 1960s and 70s based on Dr. Bill Foege's book, House on Fire.

Committed to creating public and private entrepreneurial solutions for the nation's most vulnerable populations, Richard Greenwald is a senior executive with three decades of national experience leading large municipal initiatives and nonprofit organizations. Richard is a partner at NosTerra Ventures in Menlo Park, CA, and co-founder of a Menlo Park/Philadelphia-based philanthropic investment corporation set to launch in early 2025. Previously, Richard served as the President & CEO of the Soulsville Foundation in Memphis, TN. He was a Stoneleigh Foundation Fellow and led Philadelphia Mayor Michael A. Nutter's city-wide youth violence prevention initiative. His career includes roles as Vice President at Public/Private Ventures (P/PV), Senior Fellow at the Manhattan Institute, and Loaned Executive to Newark Mayor Cory A. Booker. He was also the inaugural President and CEO of the Philadelphia Transitional Work Corporation (TWC) and Vice President at America Works in New York City. Richard began his career on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, working for Senator Albert Gore, Jr. and later for the United States Environmental Protection Agency. He has served on numerous national boards and committees. Richard is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University and holds a bachelor of arts degree from Connecticut College, as well as a master's degree from Columbia University. A native of Memphis, TN, Mr. Greenwald resides with his wife and children in Philadelphia, PA.

Producer
Having grown up in New York City, Hugh moved with his wife and children to Memphis in 2002, and since then has called it home. He has spent the last two decades digging in and working to make Memphis a better place. Bringing a knowledge of and master's degree in business and management, he and a partner started a medical device manufacturing company, Big River Engineering & Manufacturing. Additionally, he has been a partner in the restoration and renovation of three historic buildings in Downtown Memphis. One of his true passions has been working as a volunteer to improve his adopted city. He has served on numerous not-for-profit boards, including the Wolf River Conservancy, The Community Foundation of Greater Memphis, The Memphis Food Hub, Memphis Tilth, Grace St. Luke's School, The RISE Foundation, among others.
